In another reality, the Warrior was a fictional character voiced by an actor named Colin.
Biography
Colin was recording a monologue, in character as the Warrior, about his existence, when the director working with Colin stopped the scene, deciding that the scene needed to be redone for safety. Colin then does the second take. (AUDIO:The Key to Key to Time)

Colin is an intended to a fictional version of his actor Colin Baker, who voices the Sixth Doctor and the Warrior. He is uncredited in the boxset.
