The Cramond Lioness was a grave guardian Maggie MacKenzie found buried in the coastal village near Edinburgh. It had a gold crown in its clutches. She woke up when Maggie's notes set alight.[statement unclear] She called Maggie a thief and killed her for it. The Eighth Doctor extinguished it.
