Draconian Emperor (Frontier in Space)
A Draconian Emperor led at the time of disrupted peace between the Earth and Draconian empires in 2540.
Personality
Unlike his son, the Draconian Emperor was a patient, a very reasonable authority figure, and a very wise and benevolent ruler who care very much for his own people as well as the people of Earth. He was also shown to extend hospitality and even allowed honorable an noble members of Draconia, especially outsiders the permission to speak and address him, even if his own son sometimes does not approve.
Biography
The Third Doctor, Jo Grant and the Master were brought before the emperor. The Doctor explained how Ogrons were attacking them under the guise of humans. An Ogron ship landed, and using their human disguises, they attacked his court. One Ogron was injured and left behind, but the others left with the Master.
Without the hypnosound, the emperor realised their true enemy. He authorised his son and the Doctor to inform the humans of these events and vowed to do everything in his power to stop the war before it begins. (TV: Frontier in Space)
