Nattie was the child of Liv Chenka and Tania Bell in a possible future witnessed by Tania and Helen Sinclair while using the Paradoxica. The Doctor intentionally separated Liv and Helen in an attempt to avoid them getting a glimpse of their potential future together. Liv told Helen that if she were to ever have a daughter, she would name her after her grandmother, Natalav. (AUDIO: Patience)
