Millenium was a female parahuman in the early times of the Time Lord civilisation.

Millenium was a member of the Special Executive, a team working for the Time Lords. She was gifted with time acceleration powers, able to age a living being to dust in seconds.
During a trilateral negotiation on Desrault, Millenium was part of the Gallifreyan delegation. The Sontaran Brilox wiped her mind with a psy-snare and forced to use her powers against the Elder of the Black Sun. Her fellow Special Executive Wardog was forced to kill her in order to stop her; eventually, he avenged her death when he confronted and killed Brilox with his own psy-snare.
