In 1692, the First Doctor warned Barbara Wright of the Salem witch trials, but she mistakenly assured him that the year was in fact 1691. Meanwhile, Susan Foreman escaped from the inn in which they were staying, and visited Mary Warren to discuss the events of the previous day. In 2011, the Senate Committee for Drugs and Alcohol voted to ring-fence the national stockpile of surplus drugs for use only by the Civil Defense Programme. Jilly Kitzinger told this to Dr Vera Juarez in March, during Miracle Day, to convince her to partner up with her.
