The Fourteenth Doctor described that the Toymaker's domain as "a hollow beneath the Under-Universe", blaming himself for having "let the TARDIS fall" into this "other realm" in an earlier life. (TV: The Giggle [+]Loading...["The Giggle (TV story)"])
