The second Lazarus was a man who lived in Earth's first century.
He became sick and his sister sent for his friend Yeshua who was known to perform miracles. Yeshua arrived and performed the miracle of resurrection but as Lazarus had already passed away and had been reborn in the City of the Saved this split Lazarus in two with the original version remaining in the City and the second Lazarus returning to life.
