As of the events of Victory of the Doctor (audio anthology), specifically the twist in The Last Stand of Miss Valarie Lockwood, I really don't see any reason for this page to exist anymore -- it should be deleted and the relevant information that isn't already covered on Valarie Lockwood moved there.
