Will was a police officer who pulled over a car doing 100 miles per hour on a motorway on 1 January 2019, and was subsequently attacked by a Dalek mutant possessing human archaeologist Lin. He worked alongside another police officer.
Lin sped away to the MDZ Research security archives in the police car, leaving him - and his colleague - presumably dead. (TV: Resolution)
