The Vardon was a race that existed 140,000,000 years ago. Little is known about the Vardon, only that they fought a war with the Kosnax. (DW: Time-Flight)

It is unknown wheather this species refers to the Vardans that attemped to invade Gallifrey on the orders of the Sontarans.
