Lunat

Lunat was a member of the Crimson Hand (a gang of the most wanted aliens ever). He was part of the inner sanctum of the Crimson Hand. After Majenta Pryce escaped from the gang, he followed her through time and space, until he found her at Intersol and killed most of the personnel there including Justice. He managed to help take over Majenta Pryce again and witnessed her turn the Doctor into ashes. (DWM: The Crimson Hand)
