A-C Kincaid was a Hollywood fixer who occasionally worked with both Faction Paradox and "the others". He advised Tucker on how to get the Faction to notice him, and when Tucker ignorantly decided to ruin one of the Faction's movies, he was the one who relayed to him the results of his actions.
