Lord Belborough was a human resident of Chigley.
Biography
When a young boy arrived at the train station in Chigley, he was helped aboard by Belborough and Mr Brackett. They rode Bessie into a tunnel, out of which the boy came on another train in the Magic Garden, with Belborough nowhere to be seen.
