Morbius's Red Capitol was a location that was destroyed during the Last Great Time War.
According to one account, the Eighth Doctor stood atop fragments of Morbius's Red Capitol before he activated the Moment, with the Capitol's "vile towers" fused into the black, friable spires of Yarvelling's Church.
