In a universe less serious than the main one, the Ancient One was known as "She who came before Rassilon" on Gallifrey. By the Doctor's era she had not been contacted in all of Gallifreyan history. During a crisis in which the High Council lost all knowledge regarding the current time, the current Lord President contacted the Ancient One by telephone so she could impart her wisdom upon them. She told the Council the time and reminded them to wind their watches in future. ([[COMIC]: Doctor Who? 93)
