Knights of Velyshaa
The Knights of Velyshaa were a militarised group of Velyshaans, responsible for maintaining order in an empire across multiple worlds. They were normally highly ethically minded, and worked by a code of honour.
Alternate timeline
In an alternate timeline generated by the Temperon the Knights gained access to temporal craft powered by Temperon Particles. Exposure to these particles was harmful to both organic and inorganic matter, and caused the Knights to require extra "life energy" to survive. To gain this, the Knights conquered several major worlds, including Earth and Gallifrey. (Gallifrey in particular enabled them to use the Time Lords' abilities to regenerate.)
