Dakaal

General Dakaal was the Sontaran officer in charge of the fleet of which Commander Brak was a part in 1916. After crashing on Earth, he spent over 80 years in human custody, hating himself for his unintentional desertion and making up orders for himself. When a Sontaran envoy tracked him down to Geneva in 2000 to take him to task for what he had been doing, Brak initially claimed to be acting on orders from Dakaal until he was forced to admit his agenda was of his own devising.
