LM27 was a substance only known to be produced as a residue of fusion-based weaponry fueled by Cobalt Blue. LM27 was found in Brak's room after he was mortally wounded by a Sontaran envoy, allowing UNIT to realise that their prisoner's long-standing fear of being tracked down and executed as a deserter had accomplished itself.
