Ladonne was a Time Lord who assisted President Padrac in getting the Sonomancer into the Resonance Engine and stepping up the power. She kept him informed on how long it was until the optimum point for the universe's destruction and restrained the Eighth Doctor when he was exposed. (AUDIO: Stop the Clock)
