Man in the Velvet Mask[[edit source]]
Is the citation to PROSE: The Man in the Velvet Mask in the lead insinuating that it's literally not named or designated by anyone? If not, what's it trying to say? -- Tybort (talk page) 13:13, July 11, 2013 (UTC)
- I think it's unnamed from Dodo's perspective. It's somewhat ambiguous. Here's the quote:
- She believed in him completely. She had a rigid, sustaining faith in his wisdom and his endless capacity for survival. He would be all right, anything else would be unthinkable, but ... but he had left Steven behind. Not in bad circumstances admittedly, but he had still as good as abandoned him on an unnamed world in an unspecified time for no obvious reason. Somehow, she couldn't believe in that decision. Somehow, it wasn't right.

Rename[[edit source]]
While Planet (The Gunfighters) is technically correct, Planet (The Savages) is far more useful a name. So I disagree with the proposed rename. Danochy ☎ 07:41, 27 June 2023 (UTC)

- I can't help but think that a descriptive {{conjecture}} title could allow us to avoid the confusing "Gunfighters" dab without actually cheating — Planet of the Savages? Elders and Savages' planet? Something like that. --Scrooge MacDuck ☎ 11:46, 12 April 2024 (UTC)
