Ratts were a species that could morph between a rodent and humanoid form. (PROSE: At Childhood's End)

The Ratts', when in a bipedal form, had large, round black eyes and small mouths. They had large folds of skin stretched over their heads, giving the appearance that they were wearing hoods, and were around four feet tall. They had the ability to spit a foul slime to mark their victims. (PROSE: At Childhood's End)

The Ratts worked for Halogi-Kari, transporting homeless people to Peerie Canto to become hosts for Wraiths. They kidnapped Justine, in January 2020, and unsuccessfully tried to take Kerry Eldon from her home in Perivale, before her parents helped her fight them off. (PROSE: At Childhood's End)
