Catalogue the Criminals (game)

Catalogue the Criminals was a narrative game published in Doctor Who The Official Annual 2021. Like all the games in the book save for Colour Chameleon, it tied in with a specific episode of series 12 of Doctor Who, in this case Fugitive of the Judoon.
As the reader was invited to see themselves as the main character of the game — being given orders by the Judoon — the story, such as it is, is held to break the fourth wall and is not considered a valid source by this Wiki.

When fugitives disguise themselves as an entire Judoon Platoon to evade capture, it is up to you to help justice be done by finding the true Judoon captain in the crowd!
