Ok, I think I found the 3 in CB: towards the end of the episode (35:12) there is a picture of the screen that activates the toxic fumigation with the roman symbol for 3 on it

Six is embedded as the roman numeral Vl in the name Calvieri.
Nine - the Spitfires are Mark lXs, (anachronistically)
Four - the name Chaudry (Nasreen's surname) means 'holder of four'.
Two - Dr Black says Van Gogh painted the Church bwteen the first and the third of June.
or 3...2...1 could be Rory, Amy, Dr, Amy and the Dr, just the Dr.Dnalottah 00:38, June 12, 2010 (UTC)
