Ian Gelder (3 June 1949[1]- 6 May 2024[2]) played Dekker in Torchwood: Children of Earth, voiced the Remnants in The Ghost Monument and played Zellin in Can You Hear Me?.

He also appeared in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio story Legend of the Cybermen as Dracula and Long John Silver.

He is also well known for playing Kevan Lannister in Game of Thrones.

Gelder was partnered with fellow actor, Ben Daniels.[3]
