In an article on the front page of the 11 February 1963 edition of the Daily Mirror, Bastian Phelps, who was 1 year old, was said to have been sued £2,000 for "reckless driving, or rather, reckless cycling" after he struck Liberty Davies, who was a maid in the Phelps household, with a tricycle on the 9th.
