Tyron was a Superior who guided Chris Cwej in the early period of V-Time, before the latter entered the Vicinity.
Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]
On his way to Rytel Riana Tropos, Tyron insisted that he and his people's purpose was to prevent "malcontents" running amuck with cause and effect. When Chris Cwej pointed out that the Superiors had done just that during the Cosmic War, Tyron countered that "Wartime was a very different set of circumstances". Tyron told Chris that since the V-Time Expirement the Superiors could restore Chris to "factory settings" whenever they wanted. Soon after the pair landed on Rytel, the buildings began falling. They managed to escape, running back to Tyron's timeship. Chris, contrary to Tyron's wishes, saved a woman: Fionara. Within the timeship, Tyron attempted to dematerialise and leave the Rytel, but could not manage it, until Chris suggested he "simply dematerialise as normal". This temporarily worked, but they were soon caught up onto the Gold Reserve, a ship of INITEC's. All three of them were placed in a holding cell for a while, until Chris and Fionara were sent off in Tyron's timeship to investigate why many planets kept being destroyed with no obvious cause and no correlation except the fact that Grigori Glasst had just played there. After Chris and Fionara left, Tyron was given the opportunity to destory them, which after great hesitation, he denied. After Chris saved the day, Tyron hired Temporal Team X to travel back in time and kill Fionara at Grigori's Earth concert - which took place after Chris had saved the day - in order to teach Chris a lesson, ensuring he did not help random members of the lesser species. When Chris accepted this, Tyron rewarded him with access to the Vicinity. (PROSE: Requiem [+]Loading...["Requiem (novel)"])
Personality[[edit] | [edit source]]
According to Chris, Tyron embodied "everything pompous and arrogant" about "the species that claim[ed] dominion over time, space, and everything in between". (PROSE: Requiem [+]Loading...["Requiem (novel)"])
