The Fourth Movellan Strategic Fleet was a Movellan fleet that existed several centuries into the Dalek-Movellan War. (AUDIO: The Dalek Gambit) Commander Vallan belonged to the fleet, and led an attempted invasion of 1970s Earth to gain a strategic position against the Daleks. (AUDIO: The Movellan Manoeuvre)
