Finetime
Finetime was a human colony planet, whose primary settlement was an isolated city (also known as Finetime) who's inhabitants were the adolescents of the rich inhabitants of the nearby Homeworld. The teenagers lived lives of party constantly connected to their Dots.
The city, was surrounded by the Wild Woods; a lush jungle that the adolescents were warned was dangerous. It is unclear if the woods or the rest of the planet Finetime were inhabited.
When the Dots developed sentience and began to hate their narcissistic and childish users, they created Man-Traps, giant slug-like monsters for the purpose of devouring every Finetime resident, in the alphabetical order of their surnames. As a result, almost all of Finetime's residents were devoured by the monsters, with their Dots leading them to their deaths.
The protective dome had strong enough security that the Doctor's TARDIS couldn't land there. (TV: Dot and Bubble [+]Loading...["Dot and Bubble (TV story)"])
