The Homeworld (Dot and Bubble)

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

The residents of the Homeworld sent the young progeny of the wealthy to Finetime, a heavenly colony on their moon.

In contrast to the bright, tropical and pastel coloured cityscapes on Finetime, the Homeworld was a dystopian, nightmarish place, and heavily industrial, with vast tower blocks and a smoggy, grey sky.

The Homeworld was seemingly a fascist society, similar to Nazi Germany during World War II, which could explain why the colonists on Finetime harboured racist beliefs

The inhabitants of the Homeworld were later destroyed by the man-traps. (TV: Dot and Bubble [+]Loading...["Dot and Bubble (TV story)"])

It is unknown whether the homeworld was a human colony, or not, but the racism of Finetime was similar to Earth on the 20th and 21st centuries, suggesting that it may have been colonised by humans since at least the 22nd century
