Sister-in-Waiting Annie was a witch who wanted to be part of Faction Paradox and was strung along by the organization because they occasionally found her useful. She would come to be in possession of a copy of The Book of the War, causing her to become entangled with Godfather Sisyphus's plan to become a conceptual entity.
