Second Empire is a comic and video Doctor Who fan series created by Mechmaster focusing on the Daleks.

A character from the series, General Xenol, was referenced in Love & War [+]Loading...["Love & War (short story)"], with credit at the beginning of The Book of the Snowstorm [+]Loading...["The Book of the Snowstorm (anthology)"] for the character's inclusion. The aforementioned story also stated Xenol to be from the "Second Empire Universe".
