The Outerfringe Star Cluster was a star cluster that was home to Klarimo. He led the Outerfringe Forces in an invasion of Tiro. After the invasion was defeated by the First Doctor and Argon, it was agreed with the Outerfringe Council that Klarimo was to be withdrawn from Tiro.
