Lenny Rush (born 18 March 2009) is a British actor who portrayed Morris Gibbons in Doctor Who Series 14. He was originally cast as the voice of Eric in Space Babies, but Russell T Davies was so impressed by his performance at the read through that he decided to create a new character for him to play.

Rush initially auditioned for and was cast to voice Eric in the episode Space Babies [+]Loading...["Space Babies (TV story)"]. However, the production team was so impressed with his performance that they decided to recast him in a more visible role as new UNIT scientific advisor Morris Gibbons, with Sami Amber brought in to replace him as Eric.[1]

Rush's casting was announced on 15 June 2023, accompanied by photographs of him in costume as Morris.[2]
