Pepin VII
Pepin VII was a creation in Eugene Tacitus' world. In the world he was the son of Pepin VI and Berengaria. He unwillingly became a god to his people.

Coronation[[edit] | [edit source]]
Pepin was married to Livilla. After his father's death, Pepin was next in line. He was crowned and proclaimed a god. However, Pepin announced that he felt nothing, declaring that he was not a god. With that his execution was ordered.
Before he could be taken away the Doctor's TARDIS landed next to him. Frobisher and the Sixth Doctor emerged. At first it was believed this was Pepin's doing, but he told them it was not. The scribe Eugene Tacitus, saved him by saying that all the previous gods experienced mental fatigue after the coronation.

As part of his initiation, Sejanus raided his quarters and fired a gun at him. He survived as the bullets were intentionally blanks. Pepin questioned why real projectiles were not used. Eugene told him that, as he was immortal, there was no point in firing at him. Pepin still doubted he was a god and so he abdicated, naming Frobisher as his successor.

Frobisher pardoned Pepin VII before he could be executed. Pepin questioned his decision, but proclaimed him a god. Frobisher then appointed him his high priest. He was killed by Eugene's son. (AUDIO: The Holy Terror)
