Qar

Qar was the leader of her planet. She wanted to massacre the Tryods which were living on mineral-rich lands, and sought permission from the Raymah for this. Her servants Zvar and Zu mistook the Second Doctor for the Raymah's representative and brought him to her. The Doctor, learning of her plans, told her that permission for the massacre had been denied. When she received news of the real representative's arrival, she had Zvar take him away, officially back to his ship so he would leave and never return, but in actuality to arrange his death at the hands of the Tryods.
