Noghai (PROSE: Marco Polo [+]Loading...["Marco Polo (novelisation)"]) was a Mongol Lord Khan (TV: "The Roof of the World" [+]Part of Marco Polo, Loading...{"namedep":"The Roof of the World (1)","1":"Marco Polo (TV story)"}) and a Tartar (PROSE: Marco Polo [+]Loading...["Marco Polo (novelisation)"]) from the 13th century.

In 1289, following a war against Kublai Khan, Noghai sent Tegana to the Imperial Palace in Peking to talk with Kublai, wanting to report that he had forgiven him and their feud was over.
