The Vaults
The Vaults were a series of tunnels beneath the Capitol. They contained access to the power couplings for the Eastern Capitol, at least one fluctuating access point to the Matrix, a water station and a number of unused lighting and heating ducts. The Time Lords knew it to be dangerous and rarely visited. (AUDIO: Lies)

The Vaults were a location on the Time Lords' homeworld of Gallifrey.
The Vaults were abandoned areas of the old Capitol which were home to power couplings, water reservoirs and one fluctuating access point to the Matrix. Legends said the dying scream of Imperiatrix Pandora could be heard screaming eternally for revenge. (AUDIO: Lies)
