Garrison Clay was the owner of the Clay Foundation.

Biography

Garrison Clay owned the Clay Foundation and was one of the wealthiest men on 61st century Earth. He planned to survive the solar flares which would wipe out all life on the planet in an underground bunker in Australia and rivalled Erno Balthazar's plan to save people aboard a space station as he wanted control over who would survive.
