The City, a gleaming, silver, fortified citadel, was one of the only hospitable locations in the hellish pocket dimension known as Styrakos. A man who was being hunted by Ty Rejutka Lupex, warlord of Styrakos, once tried to get to the City, thinking he would find refuge there.
