The City, a gleaming, silver, fortified citadel, was one of the only hospitable locations in the hellish pocket dimension known as Styrakos. A man who was being hunted by Ty Rejutka Lupex, warlord of Styrakos, once tried to get to the City, thinking he would find refuge there. However, Lupex killed him before he could do more than glimpse it in the distance.
