Millicent Belanger III was Robert Buchan's fiancée. She was a biochemist and head of the pharmaceutical arm of Bert Buchan's company. She planned an invasion of the Viyrans' Fieldship Prime to obtain their virus cures. After the Viyrans were rebooted, she was forced to become their human liaison officer.
