A group of adventurers who had previously battled the Toymaker once found themselves "exploring a local settlement in a backwater mediaeval village". With the Toymaker having previously escaped the destruction of his dimension by stealing a Dalek ship, the adventurers were dismayed to discover rumours that the King of this land had "a new toymaker" who was rumoured to be a warlock.
