The Dalek Invasion of Earth CGI Effects was a visual update to The Dalek Invasion of Earth [+]Loading...["The Dalek Invasion of Earth (TV story)"] created by Mike Tucker for the story's 2003 DVD release.

Story notes
- The effects were intended to mimic visuals which would be achievable in the 1960s.
- This release is notable for being Mike Tucker's first official work involving Dalek saucers. Tucker attempted to emulate ships from The Daleks. Similar saucer designs would appear in TARDIS Cam No.5 [+]Loading...["TARDIS Cam No.5 (webcast)"], and Tucker would use his work here as the basis for the saucers in The Parting of the Ways [+]Loading...["The Parting of the Ways (TV story)"]. Through this, Tucker's version of the TV21 design became the standard vision for a Dalek saucer.
Deviations from original serial
- The footage of the Battersea Power Station was revised.
- The Dalek saucers have a new design. Several scenes of them are altered.
Continuity
- The saucers resemble the Proto 13 from COMIC: The Amaryll Challenge [+]Loading...["The Amaryll Challenge (comic story)"].
