A glowing crystal harbour was the endpoint of the race for Enlightenment. It was created by the Guardians of Time, and resembled the smaller Enlightenment crystal. (TV: Enlightenment [+]Loading...["Enlightenment (TV story)"])

By one account, a central crystal on the harbour resembled the crystal cube used by the Black Guardian for communication. (TV: Enlightenment (Special Edition) [+]Loading...{"var":"Special Edition","1":"Enlightenment (TV story)"})

In Re-Enlightenment, Brendan Sheppard discussed his belief that both the Enlightenment crystal and the crystal cube were pieces of the larger harbour, which Sheppard referred to as "Enlightenment".
