Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]

Red Nose Day 1991[[edit] | [edit source]]

During Red Nose Day 1991, Lenny Henry brought on, among others, Judge Dredd, as part of a competition for who had the biggest chin in comics, with the winner being Bruce Forsyth. He wore a Red Nose as he announced, along with the likes of Desperate Dan and Captain Britain, "Happy Red Nose Day!". Later, after a call was given for more superheroes to donate to Comic Relief, Spider-Man was among those who donated, before realising that his spider sense was tingling, and that "something Dredd-ful this way comes". Indeed, Judge Dredd rose in on his Lawmaster with Wonder Woman at the back, and announced "two more donations, citizens", before suggesting that some H-wagons would be needed at the B.B.C. Television Centre due to a crowd control problem.
