Reginald Smith was the "Neanderthal" husband of Vestal Smith. He confronted Archie Sylvest outside of his house about his relationship with Vestal. To convince Reginald that the relationship was platonic, Archie took him out to a Voxnic bar and gave him a hundred thousand dollar World Federation currency note. (PROSE: The Twin Dilemma)
