Behind the scenes[[edit] | [edit source]]

  • Diana has been portrayed by Julie Cox in Princess in Love, Michelle Duncan in Whatever Love Means and Katie Brayben in King Charles III.
  • In the real world, Diana died on 31 August 1997, just less than four months following her potential appearance in The Dying Days.
  • In the days following Diana's death, UK television schedules were altered to omit programming that depicted either princesses dying, or road accidents. Included in this purge was a planned UK Gold repeat of The Armageddon Factor [+]Loading...["The Armageddon Factor (TV story)"], due to it depicting the temporary "death" of Astra of Atrios. Planet of the Spiders [+]Loading...["Planet of the Spiders (TV story)"] was shown in its place.[1]
