Charlie Brown was depicted in a book released for Red Nose Day 1991 to raise money for Comic Relief, where he was depicted alongside a caption about "the little people without whom... etc. etc. ..". During Donna Noble's brief transformation into a half-Time Lord, as her mind began to overload, she confused Charlie Chaplin with Charlie Brown immediately after suggesting that she and the Tenth Doctor go meet Chaplin.
