Miasimia Goria was a planet ruled over by the Rani, a renegade Time Lord and brilliant scientist. The people enslaved under her; Miasimia Goria's inhabitants, became restless and aggressive as a result of her experiments. She then travelled to Earth to extract chemicals out of human brains for her experimentation. (DW: The Mark of the Rani)
